Inscribed on the list of legal advisers of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdansk under GD/1318.
Graduate of Warsaw University’s post-graduate studies in copyright and related rights, unfair competition and industrial property.
As a legal adviser, she has cooperated with entrepreneurs operating their businesses in various legal forms, inter alia, from trade, construction, developer, water and waste-water, medical and new technologies sector, in the scope of ongoing, comprehensive legal services as well as conducting due diligence audits upon request.
She has experience in negotiations of contracts and mediation, conducting trade talks and broadly defined legal advisory. She is remarkably experienced in negotiations in area of all matters relating to investment processes (especially construction ones).
She has a long time and comprehensive practice in litigation of high complexity; she represents both natural persons and legal entities in proceedings before common courts, courts of arbitration and administration authorities. She speaks English.
She is also a member of the District Disciplinary Court as one of organs of the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsel.
